The optimum machining characteristics can be obtained accurately by the weight ratio of column to head stock. Equipped with bulk and forced lubricating oil system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool. Machine tool chip removal can be selected with chain front row chip removal, automation, humanization, high efficiency. Double water tank filter system structure, for workpiece processing to provide good cutting fluid. Equipped with high performance  CNC system, the stability of machine tool control is guaranteed, and the NC machining function and auxiliary function required by users are also guaranteed.
 

The structure of the whole machine is fixed column type and cross sliding table structure. The fuselage adopts super large stable base, high rigidity long span herringbone column, high speed cutting without vibration and deformation. The whole machine is fully closed and protected, the machine tool is beautiful in shape, easy to operate and easy to maintain. The large parts of the foundation are made of high quality resin sand molding and high strength cast iron material, which makes the machine tool obtain high rigidity and stable accuracy. X ,Y, Z axis guideway 45mm large linear are used, high rigidity, low friction, low noise. X, Z axis 6 sliders and Y axis 4 sliders, high rigidity, re-machined, good shock absorption. The large diameter C3 grade ball screw, with pretension structure, eliminates part of the thermal extension. The ball screw bearing is lubricated with oil injection, prolonging the bearing life and upgrading the traditional air pressure knife to hydraulic knife, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of each blow, avoid the broach phenomenon caused by air pressure instability, protect the spindle and improve the overall performance of the machine tool.
