3. Full - enclosed protection design with a rear chip - removal structure, equipped with a large - capacity cutting fluid tank, and comes standard with a chain - plate chip - lifting device and a chip - storage cart.
4. Equipped with an original imported single - element spindle, along with a backup protection device, completely preventing the ingress of cutting fluid, dust, etc.
5. Equipped with a servo turret, adopting a two - way nearest - tool - selection mode, with fast, stable and reliable operation, saving processing time and improving processing efficiency.

 

1. The two - axis ball screws adopt a double - support pre - tension structure, ensuring good transmission rigidity and reducing thermal deformation errors.
2. The two - axis feeding adopts THK heavy - duty roller linear guide rails, with high load - bearing capacity and stable precision.
