CK6150 series CNC horizontal lathes have the characteristics of high precision, high power, high rigidity, etc. Its main components and structures are optimized and designed, and are the preferred equipment for processing shafts, discs, sleeves, special-shaped surfaces and screw-type workpieces. Fanuc CNC system and full digital AC servo system, X and Z axes are semi-closed loop control, ball screw pair adopts C3 grade precision ball screw, electrical components are imported or domestic well-known brands, in line with CE or domestic 3C certification. The machine tool is equipped with a domestic well-known brand vertical four-station CNC tool holder, which has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, high strength, and good anti-seismic performance. The machine tool is strictly inspected according to the inspection procedure before leaving the factory. Each machine tool uses a laser interferometer to detect the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the X and Z axes to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine tool's accuracy.
