Product Description
Taking a fully automatic chamfering machine as an example, its workflow is as follows: once a sensor detects the workpiece's position, a loading unit (such as a vibrating plate, conveyor belt, or robotic arm) delivers the workpiece to a positioning fixture, where a pneumatic or hydraulic clamping device ensures precise machining position. The tool (such as a milling cutter, chamfering tool, or grinding wheel) in the machining module, driven by a spindle (with a servo motor controlling the speed), chamfers the workpiece along a trajectory (straight line, circular arc, etc.) preset by the CNC system. During the cutting process, a chip removal system cleans chips in real time, and a cooling system sprays heat to reduce tool wear. After processing, the chamfer dimensions are inspected for quality using a laser sensor or vision system. Qualified products are conveyed to the next process via a conveyor belt, while unqualified products are sent to a recycling bin.
