The whole machine is fully closed and protected, the machine tool is beautiful in shape, easy to operate and easy to maintain. The large parts of the foundation are made of high quality resin sand molding and high strength cast iron material, which makes the machine tool obtain high rigidity and stable accuracy. X, Y, Z axis guideway are used 45 large linear, high rigidity, low friction, low noise. X, Y, Z axis adopts 4 sliders, high rigidity, re-machined, good shock absorption. The large diameter C3 grade ball screw, with pretension structure, eliminates part of the thermal extension.
