The Gantry type machining center is an advancement of the horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers Machines. The technology of high-speed machining has been advanced more by the development of the gantry type-machining center.

Performance Characteristics

1. The basic parts of the machine are made of high-quality high-strength castings and a gantry frame structure. The whole machine has good rigidity, shock resistance, and precision retention

2. Fixed-beam structure, vertical orthogonal linear guide beam.

3. Heavy load linear guideway or rectangular guideway on X-axis. Z-axis is a six-sided hard rail structure to ensure the rigidity of Z feed and the retention of high precision feed.

4. Taiwan famous brand high-speed spindle unit(6000rpm), max speed 3000rpm, suitable for heavy cutting with low speed.
