Gmc1120# CNC Gantry Type Heavy Cutting Machining Center with Fanuc System
Portal frame structure: The double columns and top beams form a portal structure frame, and there is a crossbeam in the middle of the double columns. This structure makes the machine tool have high rigidity and stability, and can withstand the force generated during heavy cutting.
Workbench: It is basically rectangular and large in size, and can carry large workpieces. Large castings such as workbench, bed, columns, crossbeams and rams are usually made of Meehanite cast iron. The inner cavity of the casting is a honeycomb composite arrangement structure. After aging and secondary tempering treatment, residual internal stress is eliminated to ensure the stability of workpiece processing accuracy and machine tool life.
Crossbeam: It consists of a crossbeam and two columns. It can be divided into three types: crossbeam fixed, crossbeam locked by positioning blocks and sectioned lifting, and crossbeam arbitrary lifting.
