FEATURE:

1).The machine major structure is forged by the unique iron fining inner side after temper and finite element analysis by the professional Software, which have the high strength, good stability and non-flexible feature, all the features guarantee the whole machine's rigidness and stable precision after long time use.
2).The three axles adopts linear sliding track design coordinates Teflon tracking flat and has the feature of high rigidness, high wear resistance and stable processing.
3). The transmission shaft adopts NSK precision bearing from Japan and precision ball screw from Yintai Taiwan .the ball screw pre -stretching before installment to improve the transmission shaft rigidness and reduce extension when running because of the thermal effect, which improve the long time using under accuracy
4).The spindle structure has the the stranger fining inner side and matched spindle from famous brand Xuchang in Taiwan, adopts P4 super precise bevel angle rolling ball bearing and maximum span support design, that make the spindle can bear the max radial direction and shaft direction thrust to reduce the shaking when cut heavy.
