| Mechanical, electrical and electronic warranty: | 12 months from the date of installation if the machine is used in daily shifts of 8 hours. In case of utilization superior to 8 hours per day, the period of warranty will be proportionally reduced. Warranty does not cover malfunctions due to negligence, incorrect use of the machine, bad maintenance or accidental collisions. |

| Foundation | Not included; at customer charge. In order to grant the best performance and precision of the machine, the execution of the proper foundation is strictly necessary. Upon receipt of confirmed P/O, Fagima will supply the lay-out of the machine and the position in the workshop. After customer's approval Fagima will provide the foundation drawings. |
