Product Description

CK6150 series CNC horizontal lathes have the characteristics of high precision, high power and high rigidity. Its main components and structures have been optimized and designed, making it the preferred equipment for machining shafts, discs, sleeves, special-shaped curved surfaces and threaded workpieces.

Equipped with FANUC CNC system and full digital AC servo system, X and Z axes adopt semi-closed loop control, ball screws adopt C3 grade precision ball screws, and electrical components are imported or domestic well-known brands, which meet CE or domestic 3C certification standards.

The machine tool is equipped with a domestic well-known brand vertical four-station CNC tool holder, which has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, high strength and good seismic resistance.

The machine tool is strictly inspected according to the inspection process before leaving the factory. Each machine tool uses a laser interferometer to detect the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the X and Z axes to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine tool accuracy.
