ER8 CNC Clamping Tool it is a CNC tool used to hold various components used in mills. These devices consist of the main body and a threat end. The nut screws onto the main shaft. ER collets are available in ER-8 through ER-50 series, with each model number referring to the holder's diameter size in millimeters.
Feature:
1- There are 3 Classes of Runout of our ER collet AA Classe 0.005 mm, A Classe 0.01mm, G Classe 0.015 mm.
2- Made of high quality steel:65Mn
3- Packing: inner packing is plastic or paper box, the outer packing in cartons.
4- Supply two kinds of common accuracy: 0.008mm and 0.015mm. The highest accuracy is up to 0.005mm.
