PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1.This machine tool is a dual - purpose one for both dry and wet machining.

2.Both the B - axis and C - axis are driven by direct - drive motors. There is no transmission clearance, no wear, and the precision can be maintained all the time.

3.The tool post (including the base, tool post body, and tool post clamping plate), the workbench shell, the small column, and the small column slide are all made of ductile iron.Ductile iron has high rigidity.

4.All castings are subjected to secondary tempering treatment to eliminate their internal stresses.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGE

1. The lead screw has a diameter of Φ63, and the linear guideways use 55# rollers. The components are selected from PMI in Taiwan.
2. The machine tool can cut 4 - module gears in one pass, with an accuracy of grade 4 - 6. The feed rate is 1.2 mm, the hob diameter is 80, and the rotational speed is 700.
