VMC850 vertical machining center, because X, Y, Z axis is equipped with high-speed moving linear heavy-duty roller guideway pair, so that the machine tool high-speed feed vibration is small, low-speed feed without crawling, both the high-speed rail machine and the high rigidity of the hard rail machine, so it is widely used in machinery manufacturing industry, die manufacturing industry and other industries. The structure of the whole machine is fixed column type and cross sliding table structure. The fuselage adopts super large stable base, high rigidity long span herringbone column, high speed cutting without vibration and deformation. The whole machine is fully closed and protected, the machine tool is beautiful in shape, easy to operate and easy to maintain. The large parts of the foundation are made of high quality resin sand molding and high strength cast iron material, which makes the machine tool obtain high rigidity and stable accuracy. X, Y, Z axis guideway are used 35 large linear, high rigidity, low friction, low noise. X, Y, Z axis adopts 4 sliders, high rigidity, remachined, good shock absorption. The large diameter C3 grade ball screw, with pretension structure, eliminates part of the thermal extension.
