1.This positioner is equipped with automatic rotation, welding gun start/stop, automatic welding gunup/down, welding gun delay, and other functions. lt can be used for segmented welding, full welding,spot welding, etc., mainly by tilting and rotating the worktable, and fixing the workpiece with a chuck orspecific fixture on the worktable to clamp the workpiece, ensuring precise positioning of the workpieceand placing it in the optimal welding position to ensure welding quality.
2.Used for circular welding, cutting, polishing, and assembly.
3.Can be equipped with a welding chuck and torch positioning mechanism to fix the torch position andadjust the relative position of the workpiece and the welding gun, with optional pneumatic tailstock.
4.PLC control,4.5/7-inch touch screen panel.
5.Precise control of welding angle, rotation speed, etc.
